Thomas Knadig, a Templeton Scholar in Science and Religion and Co-Director of NIH-CML, serves as a chaplain with the University of Pennsylvania Health Care System and holds faculty appointments at Cabrini College and Widener University. He earned graduate degrees from Widener University, University of Notre Dame, and Saint Mary's Seminary and University. Knadig completed post-doctoral studies at Oxford University in England, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and the University of California-Berkeley. A formerly ordained Jesuit priest, Knadig was Board Chairman of Collegiate Health Care Corp. and Executive Director of the College Consortium on Drugs and Alcohol, a preferred provider organization with an education and training institute that served colleges and universities in North America. He has served on the adjunct faculty and taught undergraduate ethics and religion at Alvernia College, Immaculata University, LaSalle University, Saint Joseph University, and Wheeling College.
