Thomas Arnold, England's most famous headmaster, was also a great thinker, whose thoughts were shaped by his faith in Jesus Christ. Arnold was made famous through Thomas Hughes' novel 'Tom Brown's Schooldays', but his sermons and correspondence are well worth reading in their own right.
