Terry Rugeley
Terry Rugeley is a retired Professor of Mexican and Latin American History at the University of Oklahoma, where he taught for twenty-four years. His long list of studies include Of Wonders and Wise Men: Religion and Popular Cultures in Southeast Mexico, 1800-1876 (2001) and The River People in Flood Time: The Civil Wars in Tabasco, Spoiler of Empires (2014).
