About Suess Karlsson I'm an author, public speaker and weight-loss/health coach. I live in a multi-generational home with my husband, elderly mom & my dad, my young adult daughter and her precocious Jack-Jack, our Mini-Schnauzer. Our two grown sons: college students in Sweden and Denmark. My three children were born with life threatening issues. Oldest: born 12 weeks premature weighing only 1 1/2 pounds. Second: born with beta strep infection. Third: born with congenital heart disease and 22q11.2: (a chromosomal deletion syndrome.) Combined those precious babies spent 9 months in intensive care! I also successfully manage a few health issues. Diagnosed with: -Type 1.5 Diabetes in 2001 -Osteoarthritis in 2003 -SLL/CLL or Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma/Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia in 2006 -Rheumatoid Arthritis in 2011 -Age related Macular Degeneration in 2014 Yet I am told often by others that I am the healthiest person they know. I manage each disease with traditional medications heavily influenced by diet & nutrition. I intend to live healthily with over bounding energy and vitality.
