Steven James Schmidt is an award-winning writer, musician, and educator whose works for theatre include "Mad World: A New Musical" ("Best New Work In The Country" KCACTF) and "The Legend of Bonny Anne" ("Best Score" in the inaugural SheLA Playwright Festival). He is currently developing "Bravo: A New Musical" at New Musicals, Inc. and teaches music at Balboa Magnate Elementary School and the Los Angeles Children's Chorus.
