Steven J Hershkowitz

Hershkowitz received a Ph.D. in Physics from Stanford University. In 1986 he joined MARK Resources, Inc., where he has worked on developing and automating the extension of conventional radar signal processing and image analysis to modern high-resolution radar, concentrating his effort on target detection and identification.
