Steve Ragnall

Steve Ragnall is a writer and historian from Clitheroe, Lancashire who lectures around the world on nautical matters. He has worked in local radio. Is a musician, presenter, and film maker, a Member of the Society for Nautical Research and a Certified RYA Yachtmaster. He is an honorary Rotarian and, as a Polio survivor, works to support their eradication programme.
