Stephen P. Jarchow is the author of several books on real estate taxation and finance. He co-wrote Tax Management Portfolio on Taxation of Foreign Governments (IRC Section 892) as well as numerous articles on business taxation. He also compiled and edited Graaskamp on Real Estate , which summarized the groundbreaking real estate investment work of the late Professor James A. Graaskamp.
