Stephen L. Sepinuck is the Associate Dean for Administration at Gonzaga University School of Law, as well as a member of its faculty and the director of its Commercial Law Center. He was an advisor to the Article 9 Drafting Committee and chaired its Task Force on Deposit Accounts.
