Stephanie studied English Literature and Sociology in Indiana, hiked 500 miles in Spain, and spent four years living in a tiny house on wheels with her husband and two children in South Africa. She and her family are now fixing up an old farm house called Windhover in a part of South Africa that looks more like Middle Earth than The Lion King (although there are no hobbits-just monkeys that steal their avocados).
