Stephane Grappelli

Grappelli founded the legendary Quintet of the Hot Club of Frances, and his recordings in the 1930s with Django Reinhardt are considered among jazz's greatest achievements. He went on to play and record with the likes of Benny Goodman, Count Basie, Stan Getz, Miles Davis, George Shearing, Duke Ellington, and Yo-Yo Ma.
