Sophie McCallum

Sophie McCallum is the 4x-great-granddaughter of Sir George Elliot. She has worked extensively in conservation, both at home and abroad. She is also an artist; two of her artworks were exhibited at the Saatchi Gallery in London in 2019 and she has had an exhibition at the Montserrat Gallery in New York. Her other books include Worlds' Most Endangered, Rare British Breeds and The Secret Life of an Arable Field.
