Simon Shuker
Simon Shuker has been writing the Take 5 puzzle for the Listener since 1995. He also compiles puzzles for the Dominion Post, the Otago Daily Times and Britain's Daily Mail. He works for his family's puzzle business (his father is Alan Shuker, who writes the Quizword puzzle for the Listener). He is also a qualified electronics engineer, as well as having degrees in linguistics, science and English literature.
