Simon Duke is Senior Research Fellow at Maastricht University, the Netherlands. Prior to EIPA he held positions at the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute, the Mershon Center (Ohio State University), Pennsylvania State University, both USA, and the Central European University, Hungary.
