Silvia Vong

Silvia Vong is Head of Public Services librarian at the University of St. Michael's College in the University of Toronto. She is also a PhD candidate at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE) at the University of Toronto. Silvia's research is focused on examining new public management practices and neoliberal conventions and its impact on anti-racism work and efforts in Canadian universities.
