Archbishop Silvano M. Tomasi, C.S., Apostolic Nuncio, is a Member and Delegated Secretary of the Pontifical Council for Justice and Peace. He has been Holy See Permanent Observer to the United Nations Office and other International Organizations in Geneva from 2003 to 2016. See less
