Sharon Sullivan
Sharon Sullivan was born in Chicago in 1943, but grew up in Memphis, Tennessee. She left Memphis for the Pacific Northwest at the age of 17 where she attended the College of Idaho, graduating in 1964. Also in 1964, she converted to the Catholic Church, and married. She began writing poetry as a teenager, but as a young adult, she put all her creative energy into her marriage and her three children. At the age of 43, she began writing poetry again. Sharon received a Master of Arts in Transforming Spirituality from Seattle University in 2000, and began publishing her poetry. She published Moments in 1995 and Ever Being Born in 2000. Testament was published in 2012. She resides in the Seattle area with her husband to whom she has been married for 53 years. See less
