Sharon Gander has extensive experience in police education, including training new police officer recruits for West Midlands, West Mercia and Warwickshire Police. She is a senior lecturer in policing at Sheffield Hallam University and was previouslyacourse leader for Police Constable Degree Apprenticeship (PCDA) programmes for West Midlands Police at Staffordshire University.
