He has built up a huge following blogging about vegan dining across the UK and beyond from an ethical, not a "health trend" standpoint. He promotes vegan food pop-ups, caf�s, restaurants and ventures across the UK, has written for the LA Times (2016) and has a regular column in Vegan Life magazine.
