Scott A Mills

Scott A. Mills served in the Navy as a Communications Officer during WWII, participating in the invasion of Okinawa and the occupation of Japan. After the war, he completed his BA degree at Grinnell and then completed an MA at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced Studies. His career was spent with Army Intelligence and NASA. He is the author of Stranded in the Philippines , and The Butchers, The Baker . He lives in Silver Spring, Maryland.
