Sara Khoja qualified in England and Wales in 2002 and specializes in employment law, advising corporate clients in a variety of sectors, including oil and gas, construction, hospitality, retail, technology, shipping and insurance. She is a partner in the Employment practice for Clyde and Co LLP s Middle Eastern and North African Offices in the United Arab Emirates, the State of Qatar and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Clyde and Co LLP is the largest international law firm in the Arabian Gulf region and has had a presence in the region for over thirty years. Sara is based in Clyde and Co s Dubai office, having joined in 2008 when the practice was established, where she provides employment advice for the Middle East region, and in particular the Arabian Gulf Cooperation Council Member States. Sara provides advice on all aspects of employment law, including recruitment, termination, terms and conditions of employment (benefits, bonuses and remuneration), and the application of quotas for the employment of nationals in various Arabian Gulf countries. Sara also has a particular focus on multi-jurisdictional projects and issues arising out of employee mobilization including the territorial reach of UK employment law.
