Sandra Bingaman
Sandra Bingaman is a retired lecturer from the University of Regina. She has written reports on historical subjects ranging from a 19th century Hudson's Bay Company post to Regina's Victoria Park for a number of government departments and agencies. Working with the Saskatchewan Sports Hall of Fame and Museum and various sports governing bodies, she has published five provincial sports histories.
