Samantha Mobley is a Partner and the head of the Competition Practice of Baker & McKenzie's London office. She has extensive experience in all areas of EC and UK competition law. She has been involved in numerous cases coordinating the merger aspects of multi-jurisdictional transactions and regularly defends clients involved in international cartel investigations and prepares antitrust and competition programmes for all industry sectors. She co-edits the Global Merger Notification Handbook (Cameron May) and is on the editorial board of PLC's Competition Law Service to which she contributes the chapter 'Prohibited Horizontal Agreements'. Ross Denton is a Partner at Baker & McKenzie's London office in the EC, Competition and Trade Department with special interests in EU and UK competition law, public regulation of international trade, export controls, public procurement and customs matters. He was the co-ordinator of the Firm's International Trade and WTO Practice Group until 2003 and is also a member of the Baker & McKenzie Japanese Practice Groups.
