Salvador Pérez Litrán was born in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, Spain. He received his B.Sc. degree in Automation and Industrial Electronics Engineering from the University of Seville, Spain, in 2002, and his Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Huelva Spain, in 2011.
