Rose Moss

South African born author, Rose Moss, emigrated to the USA in 1964. Her novel, The Terrorist, featured by the New Fiction Society, focuses on a man who puts a bomb in the main Johannesburg train station to protest apartheid. The novel was re-named The Schoolmaster in South Africa - as The Terrorist it would have been banned unread. Moss returned to South Africa in 1988 to observe some of the Delmas Treason Trial.
