Roland Meyer is researcher in the fields of visual studies and media science. After working at the UdK Berlin, the Deutsches Hygiene-Museum Dresden and the Humboldt-Universit�t zu Berlin, he is currently researching virtual image archives and operative visuality in the SFB Virtuelle Lebenswelten at the Ruhr-Universit�t Bochum.
