Professor Roland Bornemann Roland Bornemann, geboren 1955 in Hagen/Westf., ist seit 1989 im Bereich Recht der Bayerischen Landeszentrale f�r neue Medien (BLM) in M�nchen t�tig, den er seit 1991 leitet. Er studierte an den Universit�ten Regensburg und W�rzburg sowie an der Deutschen Universit�t f�r Verwaltungswissenschaften Speyer und legte beide juristische Staatsexamina in W�rzburg ab. 1983 trat er als Regierungsrat z. A. in den bayerischen Staatsdienst ein. Nach einer Abordnung als wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter an das Bundesverwaltungsgericht wurde er als Abteilungsleiter an das Landratsamt F�rstenfeldbruck versetzt. Bis zu seinem Wechsel zur BLM war er nebenberuflich als Referendararbeitsgemeinschaftsleiter und als Lehrbeauftragter an der Bayerischen Beamtenfachhochschule t�tig. Seit 2002 lehrt er Medienstraf- und -ordnungswidrigkeitenrecht im Weiterbildungsstudiengang Medienrecht in Mainz. 2011 wurde er auf Vorschlag der Fakult�t Rechts- und Wirtschaftswissenschaften vom rheinland-pf�lzischen Ministerpr�sidenten zum Honorarprofessor an der Universit�t Mainz ernannt. Roland Bornemann ist Mitherausgeber der Zeitschrift f�r Urheber- und Medienrecht, des Nomos-Kommentars zum Jugendmedienschutz-Staatsvertrag sowie des Kommentars zum Bayerischen Mediengesetz und Mitautor mehrerer wissenschaftlicher Werke sowie Autor zahlreicher Beitr�ge in Fachzeitschriften.
