DR. ROBERT T. Dr. Grauer can be reached at rgrauer@sba.miami.edu CAROL VAZQUEZ VILLAR, an instructor in the Department of Computer Information Systems at University of Miami for eight years, currently works for Andersen Consulting. She has developed and trained high performance teams on team building and communications and is currently planning and developing leadership training seminars. DR. ARTHUR R. BUSS is Associate Professor of Computer Studies at William Jewell College, where he teaches Information Technology courses. Prior to coming to Jewell, he worked at Kmart Corporation and McDonnell Douglas as a programmer, systems analyst, and project leader.
