ROBERT PAUL MOREIRA teaches fiction and playwriting at the University of Texas Rio GrandeValley in Edinburg, Texas. He is the editor of ¡Arriba Baseball!: A Collection of Latino Baseball Fictionand Scores, winner of the 2016 NACCS Tejas FOCO Fiction Award.
