Robert J. Aalberts is the Lied Professor of Legal Studies at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he has received numerous teaching and research awards. Prior to his academic career, he was an attorney for the Gulf Oil Company specializing in property issues related to oil and gas exploration.
