Rick Wilson is a retired material engineer and principal investigator from the National Energy Technology Laboratory US Department of Energy. For 17 years he was a EA2 surveyor with the U.S. Navy SEABEES of RNMCB 18 and 14 years as a surveyor with the 1249 Engineers Oregon National Guard. He has a PhD in materials engineering from the Oregon Graduate Institute of Science the Technology, a Master of Science degree in physics from Oregon State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from Southern Oregon State University.
