Rick Scheidt

Rick J. Scheidt, PhD, is Professor in the School of Family Studies and Human Services at Kansas State University. His research interests focus on environment-aging relations among older residents of small rural communities. In addition to numerous research publications, he coedited two other books: "Environment and Aging Theory: A Focus on Housing (1998)" and "Physical Environments and Aging: Critical Contributions of M. Powell Lawton to Theory and Practice (2003)".
