This is a testament to the swarm organization methodologies he developed to beat the competition in the European Elections of 2009, while being constrained to less than one per cent of the competition's budget. Mr. Falkvinge is known for founding the first Pirate Party and leading it into the European Parliament, and is currently a political evangelist for his ideas of freedoms of speech and expression.
