Richard J Krickus

Krickus is a Distinguished Professor Emeritus of Political Science at Mary Washington College, and he has held the H. L. Oppenheimer Chair for Warfighting Strategy at the U.S. Marine Corps University. In 1990 he served as an international monitor to the elections in Soviet Lithuania.
