Rich Roy Thomson

Rich Roy Thomson (1881-1950) was born in Missouri, but moved with his family in the early 1890s to the frontier mining town of Aspen, Colorado where he developed a reputation as a top cowboy, and involved in breaking horses, prospecting, was a renowned rodeo star in the region, guide, and joined the US Forest Service in 1907.
