Remington E Schmidt

Remington Schmidt grew up on the banks of the Mississippi River in the heart of the Driftless Area. He spent his youth hiking bluff trails and experiencing the beauty of the river with his family. Much of the inspiration for his writing comes from the connection he feels with nature, and his passion for learning about life. He previously earned a degree in Biochemistry at Winona State University and is now studying to be an Army doctor through Des Moines University in Iowa.
