Reiko Yamada
A graduate of Ferris University, Reiko Yamada began teaching cooking in 1995 by hosting "Salon de R," in Tokyo. Her thirty years of experience as a food coordinator at a children's international summer camp inspired her to think of food as the most basic form of diplomacy. She now hosts workshops throughout Japan and internationally in Singapore, Korea, New York, and Houston.
