Rebecca Contreras

Rebecca Contreras is an author and the cofounder, President & CEO of the consulting firm AvantGarde LLC. Prior to consulting, Rebecca worked for George W. Bush, both in the Texas Capitol and in the White House as a Commissioned Officer managing personnel appointments process and then as Deputy Assistant Secretary & Chief of Human Capital for the U.S. Department of Treasury. She currently lives in Texas with her family.
