Ray William Stubbe

Stubbe enlisted in the Navy in 1955 and served aboard destroyers and with Naval Intelligence before his discharge. Following college, seminary, and Ph.D.-level education, he was ordained a Lutheran minister. Stubbe reentered the Navy in 1967.
