Ray G Ellis

Ray Ellis is an American painter, born in Philadelphia in 1921. His first one man show was in 1947 at the Pennsylvannia Academy of Fine. In the year 2004, a retrospective exhibition will open at the Telfair Museum of Art in Savannah GA and travel to other museums throughout the country. A lifelong painter of America's coasts, Ellis has also traveled and painted on all seven continents.
