Rachel McNicholl

Rachel McNicholl is a freelance translator based in Dublin, Ireland. She studied German, Italian and French for her BA, went on to do an MA in German literature, then side-stepped from research into publishing and journalism, where translation was always a big element of her work. She lived in Zurich and Hamburg before returning to Ireland. Apart from translating, she currently works as a freelance editor, a guest lecturer and an adult literacy tutor.
