R. S. Anand received the B.E., M.E., and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Roorkee, Roorkee, India, in 1985, 1987, and 1992, respectively., He is currently a Professor with the Electrical Engineering Department, IIT Roorkee, Roorkee.
