The foundation of his work was built on twenty years of serious spiritual practice and extensive studies of psychotherapeutic principles. His passion for this cutting-edge modality came from personal experience using the drugs to heal his own extensive childhood wounds. When he began his psychedelic therapy in 1986, information about psychedelic therapy was sparse, and qualified, psychedelically informed therapists were almost impossible to find.
