Quan Zhang
Quan (John) Zhang received his BA in English in China in 1983, his MA in American Literature from the University of Keele in England in 1985 and his Ph.D in American Studies from the University of Maryland at College Park in 1993. He pursued his writing while working at the University of Washington Law Library and continues to write in his retirement.
