Professor James Ingram
James Ingram is a distinguished Australian diplomat amd Ambassador to the Philippines and to Canada. He was Executive Director (chief executive) of the United Nations World Food Programme from 1982 to 1992. For his work Brown University, Providence RI, made him its World Hunger Awardee for 1992. Since then he has written extensively on UN reform and on humanitarian assistance to victims of conflct.
