Phillip Bailey has been a Quality Assurance professional since the late 1990s. He has successfully led projects as diverse as The Flip video camera to Magic: The Gathering Online; from The Fly Pentop Computer to Pokemon. Phillip has managed the testing of computer games, educational software, IT infrastructure, LAN/WAN, network security, web sites, databases, computer hardware, and consumer electronics. During the last decade-plus, he has trained over 200 quality assurance testers, leads, and managers. Beginning as a tester, Phillip has worked as a lead, manager, trainer, and consultant. He has benefitted from working with and for some of the finest Quality Assurance Professionals in the San Francisco Bay Area and Silicon Valley.
