Philippe Nonet

Philippe Nonet was born in Li�ge, Belgium in 1939. He completed his legal education at the University of Li�ge in 1961, and obtained his Ph.D. at the University of California, Berkeley in 1966. He taught at the School of Law, University of California, Berkeley from l977 until his retirement in 2007. He has written on jurisprudence, the philosophy of law, and ancient Greek tragedy.
