Philippa Lilford

Philippa Lilford lives in Bristol with her husband and daughter, Alba. She works as a psychiatrist in Bristol and has an interest in global mental health having previously worked as a psychiatrist in Malawi. She hopes to return to Africa to work during her career. She wrote this book during her maternity leave and her mother, Vicky, illustrated it after they walked past many of the scenes included. 'The Colour Thief of Bristol' is her first non-fiction book and she plans to write a sequel soon.
