Peter Vincent discovered photography by purchasing a Popular Photography Annual in the mid-1960s that included Adams, Weston, White, Steiglitz, Strand, and many more. He knew at that moment that he would do photographic work professionally, and he went on to take workshops with Ansel Adams, Brett Weston, Morley Baer and others.
