Peter Suren obtained his doctorate in philosophy at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universit�t M�nchen. He has been traveling in Polynesia and was teaching in Tonga philosophy and international law. The result of his subsequent studies in the history of Tonga and Polynesia was a series of papers which were published in Tonga.
